'A 2 star review shows you care!': Employee encourages ex-coworkers to leave negative Glassdoor reviews for toxic company, gets CEO to step down

One of the best things about leaving a terrible job is that you can finally complain about all its bad points out in the open. Without HR breathing down your neck about any reasonable objections, you're free to say just about anything that doesn't warrant a cease and desist.

The main downside is that the people who caused your complaints are not necessarily going to face consequences for their actions. For something like that to happen, you often need a coordinated effort — as with one professional who shared their perfect petty revenge to Reddit.

When this Redditor was tasked with performing exit interviews at their toxic company, they encouraged every dissatisfied former employee to leave a two-star review on Glassdoor. Eventually, there were so many negative reviews that the CEO had to step down.

Unsurprisingly, many people were pleased to hear this story. When so many workplace misdeeds go unpunished, it's refreshing to see justice in action.
